My week end activities brought me a lot of discomfort as result of what I ate at events I attended.On one of the event which was naming ceremony, I ate fried rice with some pieces of meat which was also fried.It has been proven that fried meat especially does not digest easily like none fried meat.It takes longer time for digestion to take place where the food is fried especially red-meat or beef.
I went to these occasions where the celebrant presented me with a meal of fried rice spiced with pieces meat which I ate.
On Sunday 15th Nov. 2009,I attended another event being a wedding ceremony, It looks like most of the events these days has their menu list made up of fried rice and fried meat. Same form of meal I did ate on the above date.
Because of the form of meal I have eaten which has impaired my digestion,my breath was no longer fresh,I did not take note of it until my wife complained about my foul breath when she wanted to kiss me good-morning in the early morning of 16th November 2009.
I realized that it was caused by delayed digestion, as result of the fried meat I took previously.
My Advice
To avoid foul breath, you should endeavor to know what your system will easily digest at a reasonable time, without staying much longer time in your stomach which might result to foul breath.

It has been observed that mouth has affected many relationships, especiallyu relationships that are at the formative stages are mostly affected by this disturbing factor. There is this tv advertisement in my country, which was showing a couple who could not stomach the odour of her man's mouth.She rebuffed the advancing spouse from kissing her. It is palatable to live with mouth odour.Relationships begins with kissing and also relationships are cemented with very tasty,passionate, and long-lasting kisses.

It can be over emphasized the role of kissing in a relationship, but those who have found themselves with foul odour
are thoroughly not enjoying this essential factor in maintaining a relationship. How do you kiss your spouse good bye or how would welcome him home with a bad breath?
My Advise
my honest advise, please don't take things for granted, it could jeopardize your relationship if you don't something fast. please start applying some mouth wash solutions, they in variety of brands. Wash regularly with them, you could do your mouth washing more than normal evening and morning routine.
But when all these did not work, please consult the medical experts on how best to sort it out.

Mouth odor can be a real problem when it not tackled head- long by the infected person. He or she will begin to suffer some psychological defects.She will find it difficulty to discuss freely with her pairs. She could develop cool-feet to maintain relationships especially with opposite sex. At the working environment, she might try to hide her defects to avoid embarrassment from her colleagues.My advise to infested persons, is that they should seek medical attention in time. if they have tried all these following methods of hygiene and it did not work. 3.I personally know that meat particles if left in the mouth over the night without brushing creates an un-pleasant odour in mouth, the morning following.
