How To Eat Right To Eliminate Mouth Odour


My week end activities brought me a lot of discomfort as result of what I ate at events I attended.On one of the event which was naming ceremony, I ate fried rice with some pieces of meat which was also fried.It has been proven that fried meat especially does not digest easily like none fried meat.It takes longer time for digestion to take place where the food is fried especially red-meat or beef.
I went to these occasions where the celebrant presented me with a meal of fried rice spiced with pieces meat which I ate.
On Sunday 15th Nov. 2009,I attended another event being a wedding ceremony, It looks like most of the events these days has their menu list made up of fried rice and fried meat. Same form of meal I did ate on the above date.
Because of the form of meal I have eaten which has impaired my digestion,my breath was no longer fresh,I did not take note of it until my wife complained about my foul breath when she wanted to kiss me good-morning in the early morning of 16th November 2009.
I realized that it was caused by delayed digestion, as result of the fried meat I took previously.
My Advice
To avoid foul breath, you should endeavor to know what your system will easily digest at a reasonable time, without staying much longer time in your stomach which might result to foul breath.
